All Guests that are promoted are under contract to appear on the days listed.  If the Guest has an unforeseen conflict personally or professionally and can not make the event, Anime Washington would post a notice on the website and social media immediately.  No refunds will be given for admission tickets due to a Guest’s cancellation.
